Small on purpose
Most chauffeur companies serving Gstaad are fleets run from a city two hours away. We took the opposite path: a registered sole proprietorship based at Wyssmülleriweg in Saanen, minutes from the Gstaad Promenade — small on purpose, because in this valley the things that matter cannot be delegated to a dispatch board.
What cannot be delegated: knowing which chalet driveways ice over first in December. Remembering that your daughter's ski lesson moved to nine o'clock. Recognising, without being told, which mornings you want conversation and which you want silence. Being the same face at the airport in February that you waved off in August. A fleet can scale vehicles; it cannot scale that — and that is the entire product.
What "owner-run" means for you, practically
When you write to us, the reply comes from the person responsible for everything — the quote, the vehicle, the winter tyres, the route, the punctuality, the discretion. There is no gap between the promise and the person keeping it. It is also why our private driver arrangements work the way they do: guests who book a stay get one chauffeur throughout, because there is one standard and one name behind it.
How we work
Fixed all-inclusive quotes confirmed in writing before you travel — never a meter. Flight tracking and meet & greet on every airport transfer. Winter-equipped premium vehicles, maintained obsessively, because between December and April these roads forgive nothing. Service in English, German, French, Spanish and Arabic. And a rule we have never broken: who we drive, and where, stays between us.
